二代健保採家戶總所得計算，「單身貴族」保費倍增，引發單身族群不滿，不少網友批評，根本是變相課單身稅。衛生署長楊志良接受中廣專訪表示，小孩未來要負擔整個社會，現在由大家共同來養，先進國家都是如此。楊志良表示，依家戶總所得計算保費，仍是較為公平，認為民眾「要不多繳保費，不然就是養小孩」。(陳奕華報導). 未來二代健保實施後，約一半的單薪、多眷口民眾保費負擔下降，不過單身者的保費可能會增加一倍之多，引發單身族群的反彈，對此，衛生署長楊志良接受中廣新聞網專訪時認為，應該要更公平來看二代健保。楊志良舉例，以月收入五萬元、沒有其他收入的單身民眾，依照先行制度，保費要繳七百多元，如果另一個人同樣是賺五萬元，還要扶養三人，卻要繳三千多元，負擔沉重，依照二代健保試算，原本一家四口從繳交三千多元，變成一千六，而單身也是交一千六。楊志良指出，小孩未來要負擔整個社會，現在由大家共同來養，先進國家都是如此，他認為民眾「要不多繳保費，不然就是養小孩」，哪一個負擔較重，值得民眾思考. 訂閱：文章 (Atom).
