Life of a Student Nurse Midwife

Life of a Student Nurse Midwife. Monday, January 9, 2012. I've come to the conclusion that I thrive on it. On many different levels. I can feel every muscle in my body tensing as I sit here just thinking about it. I have to write a birth center proposal. A full blown mess. This course is only worth one credit? Do I want to do this? For one. more. day. There are women out there who need a midwife. Need someone to listen to them, to guide them through pregnancy and birth (and beyond! In the midst of my val...

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out. Quickly, as the teenager MUST have the computer now. Apr 21st, 2015 at 6:25 PM. I haven't been posting nearly as much as I'd like to. Updates in point form is the best I can do. Jack: working Mon-Fri 8-4 with occasional overtime. Works well for the family, but he's missing his week on/week off schedule. Kim: doing really well in school. We don't see her nearly enough but she seems to be doing ok. We'll see her in June. Life is really good.

Our Moment of Truth: A New Understanding of Midwifery Care. Enter Patient Portal or Make An Appointment. It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closing of my practice. As most of you know, making this practice financially viable in the current policy and regulation climate in Oregon and more so, Klamath County, is untenable. I had prayed that I would be able to succeed here in Klamath Falls, my home town. Jeanne Stagner, CNM NP. Baby Catchers and Company, LLC.

Midwifery Student in the Netherlands. Sunday, June 27, 2010. I will come back and write a conclusion to my Dutch experiences when I get time. Wednesday, June 9, 2010. Final week in Doesburg. There were no problems with bleeding afterward, and the placenta was bipartite (bilobed). It was very interesting (to me at least) and the dad took a picture of it so I have to see if I can get him to send it so I can post it for you. Sunday, June 6, 2010.
