I haven't made it for awhile, but Megan made it for Ty the other day and reminded me how amazing it is and it's EASY! And yes, it is VERY similar to the CAFE RIO pork. Do a salad, or a burrito, or what ever you want. It also freezes very well! 6 lbs pork roast. 1 16 oz. bottle salsa. 2 cups brown sugar. 1 lb long-grain rice (2 ¼ C) 1 bunch of cilantro. 1 C mayo 3 tomatillas.

Everything from ear infections to strep throat to RSV to coxsacki virus. His immune system should be great by the time he is two!
