Sarah and Elijah's Baby Journal. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Today was my 36 3 week check. The doctor completed a cervical exam and concluded I was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. The dilation has begun but it will progress slowly until I reach a dilation of 4cm, then who knows from there how long it will be :). I'm just very glad my body is doing what it should be doing! Igår var sista gången vi åkte till sjukhuset för vägning. Mat var 3e timma dygnet runt har äntligen gett resultat, min lilla tjej har gått upp i vikt! Jag fick mycket beröm över hur jag sköter mitt lilla unerverk och det kändes bra. Det sista jag fick höra från en barnmorska på BB var "kommer du verkligen klara det här? Är du säker på det?
