Saturday, March 31. All is going well . Finally has a name! We are pleased to introduce Sophia Luz Krembs. Sofia is doing well in the NICU. She is stable, active, and blowing bubbles to her visitors. She is eating well, and even gaining a little weight. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday, April 2 nd. The surgery will last for about 8 hours and more information will be posted as that day unfolds. And Christopher are doing well, now that they got some sleep. Kenia. Thursday, March 29. Baby Krembs Is Here!

Monday, March 24. Almost one year later. Wowthe big one year mark is just a few days away! I will post some pictures in the next couple days. Also, we are reminded again of how wonderful you all are and how we would not be where we are today without all of our family and friends. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sophia grows and eats solids. We are out of the acute phase. The Aorta is growing well. No cardiology appointments soon. Almost one year later.

Saturday, April 21. We made it back home! The last day in Palo Alto was hectic - packing, feeding Sophia, packing, feeding Sophia, diaper change, more packing.but we made it to the airport and Sophia was an amazing little traveler. We were very grateful to be picked up from the airport by friends and once home settled in for the night. Wednesday, April 18. First day on our own. Now we are settling in and enjoying ourselves. Sunday, February 17. A little bit of sunshine. Today was a beautiful sunny day here and I took Sophia to the park where we played on the swings, went down the slides and she yelled at the ducks, "doh! We had a follow up pediatrician and cardiology appointments this month. She is now a little over 16 pounds - and has moved up into the 5-10 percentile range for weight! So, now we can concentrate on the normal activities.walking, learning to sleep through the night and trying to get a hold of the cat.
