Baby Led Weaning Recipes and Ideas. Potato, Spinach and Pea Curry. On June 18, 2011. This is a curry I’ve been making for myself for years now, from a recipe my mother-in-law gave me, and it’s perfectly suitable for baby since I never really add a lot of chilli. It’s got bags of flavour though, and the texture is great – soft potatoes, melting onions, mouth-popping peas and lovely iron-rich spinach. It’s easy to make too. This amount serves 2 adults and 1 baby. 1 onion, sliced finely. 1 knob of butter.
