Living large in CO. Tales of the Life with the Louies. Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Mother to Big Kids. That's not including here in Northern Co, where we've gotten more than that, or the mountains where it has been snow. In fact, the one ski resort that still open (all the others closed because we had such a warm and dry February and March there was almost no snow left! Has had over 30 inches of snow in the last week! So many fun things that can't happen because of weather. He is such a cuddler and a lover!

He loves school, and this year doesn't seem any different. He was excited to get all his school supplies, take them to school for meet the teacher night, and start his first day. He loves riding his scooter to school (and Mommy loves that I can fold it up and bring it home! Heading in with Zack. One last goodbye wave!

Let's see. . . I'll go back and try not to miss anything. Within 5 minutes at Nicole's pool he was putting his face in the water (shallow end is 3 feet, so normally he wouldn't stray from the stairs) and within another 20 he was swimming with his face in the water! I mean, feet up, kicking and arms doggie-paddling!

I'm just so excited! So yes, it's 11:00 at night and I'm updating the blog. ;). We had such a great weekend this weekend! Friday we took out annual trip to our favorite pumpkin patch! So I had them wear their Jack-o-lantern shirts to the pumpkin patch. So Cute for Pictures! The real reason we brought Daddy!

Tuesday, February 2, 2010. So after Christmas we headed to the cabin for some snowmobiling and relaxation. It was nice to get away and just enjoy family and fresh air. This is our little snow princess.this girl makes me laugh every day. Here I am trying out my new camera with my little man! This is what hair looks like after it has been on a snowmobile ride! Tuesday, December 2, 2008. YUP, our 3rd little baby Hart is on the way and due June 3rd 2009! This year for Thanksgiving we did something a little different.We went to Las Vegas to be with family. It was really fun, and not long enough. It was hectic trying to run around and do everything we wanted and see everyone we wanted. But it was fun to get away and take a road trip. Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Our baby goes to PRESCHOOL! My baby started PRESCHOOL today! I can't believe how fast he is growing up. He was so excited to go. We had to get some pictures with his backpack and his excited face! He did great. He walked right into class and says, "hi my name's Caleb" and he went and put his backpack away and said, "mom you can leave now"! He was so brave to go without his mommy. Needless to say I was not as brave to go without my buddy! Yes, his backpack really is this big!

Tuesday, September 8, 2009. This has already been a very eventful month! Life has been super busy the past few weeks, so blogging has taken a back seat! Isn't this the cutest little mini-Brandon ever? Our friend Dylan came over to play! I caught Caleb and Dylan practicing up for their next soccer game. June 8, 2015. Yesterday Makenna and I spent some time reminiscing about her early years . YES she's 8 and still thinks of when she was 2 as a " LONG TIME AGO. For me I have an entire mix of feelings. At times 6 years ago seems like just yesterday and others it seems like so long ago. Life always seems to be in fast forward for us. Between school, work and sports LIFE IS BEYOND BUSY. I love all of it, but need to step back and take time to focus on remembering the little things. Another Memory Made .

Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Lessons : Baby Update / 7 Months. Here's what we learned and loved about our little one this past month. He has started waking up in the middle of the night again at 2 or 5am to eat. We try to make sure he consumes as much as possible during the day, but he is pretty clear on his signals and I don't want to force anything. I think he's just growing fast and getting hungrier.
