Monday, November 5, 2012. Let's Get Caught Up. We went to Gibbon for Grandma's 85th birthday party back on the 28th. It was nice to get together with the whole family. Lyla raked in the Halloween and vacation treats. Cindy and Grandma gave her a bag with goodies and some sticker and coloring packs. Since we hadn't seen Ryan and Emily since they went to Mexico (in August! They also had something for Lyla. She loved playing with the shells Emily picked up on the beach and was very proud of her new purse.

Wednesday, October 24, 2012. One Last Fall Hurrah! As fall winds down, so too do our chances for family outings. Soon, Lyla will be back into heavy therapy mode, Masud will be back to taxes, and i'll be travelling for work. For one last hurrah, we took a family trip to Wisconsin Dells. It was a fun, relaxing time and, as an added bonus, Grandma and Grandpa came along too. She later noticed the mermaid painted on the wall in the lobby was bare chested and remarked, "That mermaid wasn't wearing a bra!

Sunday, January 10, 2010. That's what our life is. it's pretty much same thing, different day. DH is still busy with work, projects, presentations, research. I am still just working and scrapping. I have added the gym back to my routine. Goals for January are: 60 mi on treadmill and 6 classes at the gym. ten days in and I'm only at 2 classes and 2 miles, but the month is still young.
