Even though it will be a little while before I get this crawling business under control, I have made great strides toward something even more exciting- walking! I stayed over at my Yin-Yin's house for the first time. we had a total blast! Mommy and Daddy May ended up staying at Yin-Yin's too, cause my Uncle Trav was in town! During the afternoon, we hung out and had lunch with Uncle Trav. is it just me, or do we have almost the exact same color hair? This was also the same weekend I had agreed to take my three year old niece, MJ, in for the weekend. I'll admit, I wondered how it would all work out. What should we do this month? Tales from the road. Thursday, July 9, 2009. Fourth of July in Minnesota. Travis came to visit me for the Fourth of July weekend. (This is also known as Canada Day weekend, so it was quite a meeting of cultures.) It was so great to see him, and we had a wonderful time seeing the sights. What trip to Minnesota is complete with a visit to the Mall of America? Here were are at Lego Land, just before riding one of the roller coasters. Sinking on the Titanic was never so much fun.

Emerson Grace Mayra (and Baby Brother too! Wednesday, July 17, 2013. Emerson took swimming lessons for two weeks at the Kent City pool this summer. She was much more willing to put her face in the water, put her head under, and more comfortable swimming than she was last year! Miss Sarah was a great teacher :-). Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Nevertheless, we all had a really good time at Uncle Paul's, and I was, as ever, a very good boy. I didn't join Mommy and Daddy May for Black Friday this year, since I ended up going to bed pretty late last night (almost 9pm! Looks like I could have used a V8, no?
