Friday, January 22, 2010. New Year.New Bed! We stayed home on New Year's Eve this year and I decided Shane was ready to ditch the baby crib and try sleeping in a big boy bed! He was very excited and thought it was so cool that he could jump into bed all by himself.and jump ON the bed too! Friday, August 27, 2010. Fun in the Sun. We went to the Santa Rosa Air Show, but Shane wasn't very interested in the airplanes.and the cool jet was so loud that it hurt his ears. He did have a blast playing with his buddy Zane though! So these ended up being the only few pictures I took while at the air show.but they sure are cute ones! I also managed to escape to the river with Shane one day. We went to our favorite spot and he made a new little tiny friend: Mr. Froggy! There is a frog on my head!

Saturday, February 27, 2010. My little boy is growing up! We started potty training this month and he is doing really well! We started using a sticker chart, which was very exciting for the first couple weeks, but we were constantly telling him to go potty. He has no problem going pee in the potty, but the other part we haven't convinced him to do yet. I've tried bribing him with chocolate lollipops and new toys and games, but still no luck. He tells me, "It's too hard Mommy! We are so proud of him!

Friday, July 23, 2010. This was our 2nd Annual Shasta Vacation! My cousin Monika comes down from WA with her family and her Mom is nice enough to let us all stay at her house in Redding right on the lake. Niki housed 10 of us for a whole week! It sounds crowded, but it was really fun getting to spend time with them since we don't have many family members nearby anymore. Cooper and Shane are 6 weeks apart and are so cute playing together! Cooper and Shane feeding Whitney the turtle. My child, the kitty!

Thursday, October 23, 2014. Thanks to Mamy's gift. :). We had the super fun opportunity to go camping with my awesome friends, Hannah and Noah and their amazing kids, Ada and Linden. Also, we were able to spend some time with Asa, Hannah's brother, who camped with us as well. Everyone had a fun, with a couple ups and downs. especially when it started raining and we all worried about how water-proof our tents actually were. :/. Before mentioned rain shown below:. Sunday, June 10, 2012. Emilie was part of her first ballet performance today! And she totally surprised me! I thought she'd be clinging to my leg, crying and refuse to perform. Instead, she was calm, happy, and excited to be there! Between the two performances, she had a little break outside with us. When we went back in she said, "you can go now, Mom." and then followed with, "I love you! It was hard to get a good shot from where I was sitting, but this is the best I could do. Emilie was a snowflake.
