Wednesday, April 29, 2009. It's Been a While. I have also started doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It is perfect for my lifestyle routine - when Ava goes down for her morning nap, I pop in the dvd and "shred" for the required 20 mins. Today I completed day 4. My goal is to lose these last 10 stubborn pounds that I blame Cracker Barrell, Five Guys Burgers, and Moe's on. On to Miss Ava, she is doing SPECTACULAR! The nurse laughed at me and felt the need to call another nurse over and tell her what I predicted and showed her what the scale said. I was a bit off wouldn't ya say? I told Eric that this was his job and we had originally planned to go to San Francisco and Napa Valley for a week, but he surprised me and we are taking a 7-day cruise leaving from Venice, Italy! This is our itenerary:. Leave from Tampa May 28 at 12 Noon, Fly into Venice May 29 at 9:45 am. We have almost two days in Venice before the cruise ship leaves on May 30 at 5 pm!
