My way of rating the places I have visited, which is purely my own opinion on those places, based on my personal preference and my experience while I was there. Not worth a visit, suggest to pass, nothing much to see and experience. Okay for first timers who have not seen such a place before, but not a preferred place. Value for money, worth the experience. Unique, Love it, will come back again some other time.
