I spent most of the day yesterday on the beach. And I did it in the name of science! The monitoring group on our way to the survey site. View of the SIO pier from the Scripps Coastal Reserve. Sssh, be very quiet. She is hunting fishes. It was a lovely day for coastal surveys. Just watch out for the waves crashing over the rocks!
