If there is an "inventor," they are a genius. Orange Brownies with a-Peel. Makes 6-8 (depending on the size of your oranges and how much batter you eat during prep. Oranges (1 per person). I had heard about their Mountain Harvest Festival. And thought to myself, "Self, you like mountains, love local, organic food and have an appreciation for wine. You should go back to that."
