Ini antara lauk pauk yang saya masak semalam. Ada juga kari kepala ikan tapi sebab banyak sangat entri kari sebelum ni jadi untuk kali ini saya abaikan aje dulu. Sambal tumis udang petai tu sangat. Resepinya. Bawang merah, bawang putih dikisar kemudian ditumis dengan cili boh sehingga masak atau pecah minyak. Kemudian tuang jus asam jawa. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula.
