This is the salad I bring to all my potlucks. I like to bring something I want to eat, and I find a lot of potlucks lacking in vegetables (but teaming in all sorts of other goodies) and I’m always left feeling maybe just a little too full. 2-4 as a side dish. 1 bunch leafy green kale.
