Wednesday, February 20, 2013. The end of 2012 around Boerne and a side trip to Leaky TX. One of the churches in town had a Bethlehem weekend. The town parade in Boerne. Lights around town and reflecting in the river. Jackie and I went to Dickens on Main in Boerne. Our first TX Christmas in the girls apartment. Following are all sites on the way to LLano the deer capital of TX. LLano decorates the deer statues in the town. This is called the waiting station. AKA a depot. Nighttime in Boerne TX.

Sunday, November 20, 2011. Back in Ca again. Things seen along the route home. Lots of windmills in the desert area. They have red lights on them at night and make a nice sight. Gold statue of Gene Autry. So what happened to the other half of the airplane. Ruins in one of the cities we passed through. Parasites on a tree in Prado Park Chino CA. Sunrise at Rancho in Riverside. The sunsets can really be neat. Things seen in the campgrounds. - - Harvest. Desert terrain causes the rabbits to sort of disappear.

Wednesday, October 23, 2013. Philly, Arkansas and back to Texas. A stop in Philly to see some friends from the Alaska cruise. Locked up for safety on a Philly street-it is chained to the post. Tuesday, November 20, 2012. Oops more of the rest of the trip and some side trips in Boerne TX. A day trip to Kerrville found some interesting sites. This guy will last forever. Lots of amazing color and so dainty. The terrain is so pretty in the hill country. It makes drives very enjoyable. We spotted these kids playing on the banks of this creek. Thursday, May 10, 2012. From the old home state to the new home state. Our new home state - at least for the winters. This sign was in New Mexico, but could easily be in West Texas as well. One of the adobe ruins on the way to Columbus. Columbus is the border town that Pancho Villa attacked in 1916. Some of the buildings and stories of the people of that time follow. The desert was in bloom all along the route and rather pretty. City of Rocks is a neat park/campground. California in our rear view mirror.
