Here are some general points about conducting spells. Try to perform a spell in a quiet place. If this is not possible put on the radio between stations and let the static will help to centre you. Some kind of natural light is important, even if it’s a shard of sun or moonlight from a crack in the curtains. Alternatively, light a candle.
