We have learnt that for lots of people Easter is about going to Church, or having Easter lunch with family, similar the Christmas. BC life with the Cannons. What, no eggs! Spring arrives →. April 22, 2008. Having kited ourselves out with relevant equipment in the sales, apart from ski’s and boots, and purchased our passes, we booked our 1st lesson. It was interesting! During the next week E made the decision to go with snowboarding and Mark and I picked up boots and ski’s, we have decided to wait until next season to get O’s as I am sure he will be slightly bigger by next November when the slopes open again. What, no eggs!

First I thought we was going to Victoria and would be staying with families at the host school, it turned out that we went to Nanaimo and stayed at a Christian Camp site. Well the second bit is right, they views are breath taking (see picasa) but ‘hike’ it is not, it’s a rock climb. Climbing up an almost vertical rock face with a rope to help. The film bug bites hard. It's a brand new, old world and I'm loving it. I admit that form and function are important to me. After reacquainting myself with film through the Olympus Trip I turned my attention to finding an old SLR camera. What to look for? It was a no-brainer. The Olympus OM-1. Have a great review of this stunning camera. Using film again is becoming a very relaxing and creative experience, plus there's the joy of waiting to get the film developed before finding out how well I've shot.
