One man's adventures on his first ever diet! Starved Trek… Not Really Just Week 2. Better Late than Never, I am back–minus 12 lbs. December 3, 2012. Besides having a choice of whole grain bread or bun, the lettuce wrap is a good way to stay on diet as long as you do a lot of veggies and no cheese. On top of everything else, they deliver in our area. Here is what and how we have eaten since I last left off. November 2, 2012: Lunch was nice and easy. Crisp salad topped with tuna, well-drained and capers.

One man's adventures on his first ever diet! The only one not in the fat boat is my wife, Nancy. She has done a lot of online research before going to the grocery in preparation for my diet. She wants to cook meals we both can eat and not have to cook separate for herself as she doesn’t want to lose any weight. I am using Advocare Products. To jump-start my diet and to help give me a rhythm and keep me on a schedule. I find that I like having goals, even if it is only to lose 5 pounds. December 3, 2012.
