In an effort to change, I'm going to reduce my internet browsing time and instead so something else, something productive. I'll even be setting alarms. I feel crazy but I think this will work. I've been feeling pretty unhappy with my body recently, and even though I have been working out faithfully for at least an hour three nights a week I think that's allowed me to think it;s okay to be lazy when considering my portion size. I feel like a whale and a bottomless pit and it suxxx. One of those days.
