Friday, January 24, 2014. Luberon, Dominican Republic.we have arrived. Mountains surround this hurricane hole harbor. We are here with about 30 other boats, some with cruisers on them and some empty. The harbor waters have a reputation of being very dirty, so no swimming. However, I was able to see the rudder of our boat. Will replied we didn't have one for the dog. So Richard said, "I will have to take the dog if he has no passport! Our second prank from the prankster! We paid them $20 and off they went!

Thursday, March 6, 2014. Salinas.our new home for awhile. We love it here and hope we get some visitors. There is a nice marina with little hotel rooms, a pool, restaurant, and lots of sunshine and warm weather. Salinas is located on the south coast in the middle of the island east of Ponce. Friday, January 9, 2015. Salinas, Puerto Rico.feels like a home away from home. We arrived yesterday after some fun stops in St Thomas and Culebra. Here is how our trip went. I arrived in St Thomas on December 22nd on time and claimed by baggage. The airport was so close to where Will and Bentley were anchored, I was able to walk along the beach till I spotted them. Sunday, February 23, 2014. Puerto rico.sitting at anchor today next to the Cabo Rojo lighthouse. It is located on top of 200-foot limestone cliffs overlooking the Caribbean Sea. By that point, our speed had slowed to less than 4 knots and the final leg of the trip felt like forever. We couldn’t see sweet Grenada until we were within 6 or 7 miles of her shores due to haze. What a welcome sight! Upon anchoring at 9:30 am we fell asleep and slept until dark. Securing the jib once in the calm of Prickly Bay.
