I admit: September 2013
http://bethanyadmits.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 18, 2013. I can feel his heart beat under my hand as he sleeps. I listen to him breath, and sometimes snore. It doesn't bother me at all, I just smile. I love that he lets me put my cold feet on his legs when we sleep. I love that he always, ALWAYS kisses me good morning and goodnight. He is always the first to say "thank you" for all the small things that would otherwise go unnoticed. Even if I burn dinner, he will gobble it up and ask for more. More seriously, he forgives me.

I admit: All I want is the moon

Tuesday, May 21, 2013. All I want is the moon. Come and hear the siren. Come on let's run. Come on let's run. Open your eyes like a sparrow. Come on let's try. It gets cold and gets bolder in here. I admit: March 2013
http://bethanyadmits.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 28, 2013. I'll admit, I'm scared. There are big changes coming soon and I feel a myriad of emotions. Happy, nervous, excited, anxious, sad. I'm scared that I will only be able to miss. Those that I love. I'm scared that I will always be wanting. I'm scared I will be lonely. I'm scared of feeling trapped. I'm scared of being forgotten. Its not like me to be scared. Usually I face challenges head on saying: "Do your worst, for I will do mine! Will my nieces know me? I don't want it to be no...

WHAT is she THINKING?: August 2015
http://allredkids.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 23, 2015. Friday, August 14, 2015. On August 6, 2015, my son Tyler Allred returned from serving a 2 year LDS mission in New York, New York. My daughter-in-law McKenna helped me decorate the house to get ready for his homecoming. Riken hadn't seen Tyler since he was 8 months old, except on four Skype calls throughout his mission, so we were pretty worried he wouldn't know him and wouldn't go to him. Not to worry. He went right to him and wouldn't let go. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

WHAT is she THINKING?: This is My Happy Place
http://allredkids.blogspot.com/2015/01/this-is-my-happy-place.html
Monday, January 12, 2015. This is My Happy Place. Riken came to visit on Wednesday. Patty and I worked out our schedules at the Snow College Registration desk so I could be home Thursday and Friday with the little guy. And we had a BLAST! Well, by Sunday afternoon, we were all exhausted! For a 4 year old boy who just lost his Mom? At the gym this morning, every stinken elliptical machine and every stationary bike had someone on it. Gggrrr! Come on, kids. The morning is for old people. You guys sl...Tie a...

I admit: Reflection
http://bethanyadmits.blogspot.com/2014/01/reflection.html
Friday, January 24, 2014. On the cusp of this new year, I pause to reflect on the last. This was probably the most monumental and definitive year of my life. There were many changes that were easily noticed:. He graduated from school. We officially became an Air Force family. Packing up and moving from everything we've ever known. Adding new life to our family. These things alone could change someone-. But it was the unseen things that changed me the most. I acted like a grown up. And then, I cried.

WHAT is she THINKING?: Color Your Future
http://allredkids.blogspot.com/2015/05/color-your-future.html
Tuesday, May 19, 2015. So I finally got my Bachelor's Degree. I first started college in 1986 and finally finished in 2015. Yay! I was asked to be the student speaker at commencement exercises, which was a huge honor. I had a lot of support at the ceremony and it was a great evening. So I had a long talk with my boss about where I'm lacking, what I can do differently, and so forth. He assured me that I couldn't have done anything differently in the interview. My personality works well at the registra...

WHAT is she THINKING?: Unbroken
http://allredkids.blogspot.com/2014/12/unbroken.html
Wednesday, December 31, 2014. We went on a date with these two beautiful people last night. Ah, it was SO great to hang out with them. Zack works in the oil fields in North Dakota so he only comes home every few weeks, and I love it when we get to see him and his wife, McKenna. They gave us this beautiful picture of the Bountiful temple, where we were sealed in July, for Christmas. I love it so much! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Donny and Marie music. Mariano Rivera. WHAT is she THINKING?: Rambling
http://allredkids.blogspot.com/2014/12/you-can-always-tell-when-im-on-facebook.html
Tuesday, December 23, 2014. You can always tell when I'm on a facebook hiatus because I start blogging again. haha. So who offended me on facebook this time? My brother. Ouch. It was a rough one. So I'm on a break. But I'm addicted to sharing my thoughts in one way or another, so here I am blogging again. My missionary is the one in the red sweater. I get to Skype with him in 2 DAYS! It was built in 1919 and in the 1950's a family named VanEpps bought it. And people around here LOVED that family! But sad...
