Saturday, December 10, 2011. Day 5, 8 pm I'm starving! All day I did great! I didn't get hungry and I drank all my drink! I added a beet and a handful of spinach! Much better then the yogurt actually! But, now it's almost 8 and I really craving anything. Sweet, sour, salty, dry, juicy, sugary, meat.seriously just about anything! I had a small dinner and just now I had to have a second course, this time I had a turkey burger and moorrreee veggies. But, with 6 pounds lost.I refuse to give up!

Friday, December 9, 2011. 4th day of happiness. Well day four is done and 5 pounds has been lost! I will post NO "Lost" posters because I'm ready to never see it again! I am hungry today but not at all like yesterday! I tried a new ingredient in my shake, GREEK YOGURT! It put a little zinnggg to the shake. I'm so thankful for the support I have at home any moms amazing love for me and my success! I also can't believe my salt cravings haven't taken over! I'm doing good and plucking along :).

Thursday, December 8, 2011. Day three what a breeze. Today was so hard for me! I did great though! My shake didn't make me sick this morning thank heavens! My mom and I also went grocery shopping so I got a few more things to help with the variety! I am down 2.5 pounds which is awesome that means only about 7.5 more to go! I am contemplating just doing a week and going with what I lose at the end of the week but we will see! I honestly have no loss of energy or dizziness which is great!

One night in his prayers, I felt his arm reach out and pat my back. He said "I am thankful for mommy being here." It was adorable. He fell asleep tonight without a lot of fighting. Friday, March 04, 2011. I know I am overkill with Claire asking why but I want to document it. It amazes me that kids that young can pick up/ and comprehend so much. Today as I was putting Claire down for her nap she saw the other kids running outside to play. She kept saying "ou-side! It really made me smile and laugh. Wednesday, December 21, 2011. FDR and MLK Memorial. We are in DC. We made it. I flew with all four kids by My SELF! I tried to get a shot of them all standing "in line" but alas this is the best we could get. Little Claire loves to "walk" all by herself but don't be fooled by those big dough eyes. She is a little firecracker and when she gets freedom she takes any change to run. My little four year old buddy. How are you growing up so fast. STOP GROWING PLEASE! I just love everything about this photo!
