What gets you motivated? Whatever keeps you going, right? May 30, 2013 · 9:38 pm. Running Pain = Frustration. Went running today, and noticed my right shin is killing me! I do stretch my calves out a bit before running, but today is painful! So painful, I couldn’t even finish my run. I got 3/4 of the way through and quit. So frustrated.
