Thursday, May 01, 2008. Give us a King. I saw it in myself at the lecture, the women at the Oprah show and the fans at the United Center. Does the human condition cause us to crave a hero? Are we still pursuing the mythical cool, introduced to us in Jr. High? Like candyfloss we consume it and are never satisfied and all the while making us sick. Why do we turn everyone and everything into a golden calf? 8221; Samuel is grieved, goes and prays and God warns them of what they’ll get; slavery, oppress...

Unfortunately our team didn't win, but Bee Chou looked pretty funny! So lots of good, and some discouragement. Posted by Henrietta at 6:53 pm. Tuesday, December 26, 2006.

SoCOLLECTION OF HAPPENINGS AND RANDOM THOUGHTS. Shared in my church in Oxford once, about praying for a colleague at work who wa...

Life of an English Hen: March 2007
http://thehenuk.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Life of an English Hen. Saturday, March 31, 2007. Feeling kinda sick. Think I'm feeling stressed, with uncertainties. First things first, my niece has been born! On Wednesday evening, 28 March. I feel it's a special thing, and like I am in love with her already (see picture). Posted by Henrietta at 4:00 pm. Spring is coming, I ...
