In addition to pilates, I love to run! I have completed 1 ultra trail race of over 34 miles, 2 marathons and 14 half marathons. My running began after pilates; I credit the success that I have had with running to the intense core training, balance, breathing, posture and proper alignment that I learned from pilates. I enjoy running with clients before some of my classes and have built a nice supportive running group in the West Chester area. Life altering, take one class and you will be back for more!

Beginning October 17th, 2016. All classes will be offered in private format. Please contact me if interested in joining into a small group private lesson. Also great for a Girl's Night Out). Individual Private Lesson: $75/lesson for 1 hour. Where/When: Convenient day and time that fits into your schedule at your space. What: 6 sessions where I come to your space.
