A Chartered Accountant who has worked in the computer support and website design worlds, Michael Matthew came to realize his true passion was beverage alcohol; this has led to his new career. Visiting many distilleries, wineries, and breweries along the way, Michael has travelled and tasted extensively throughout Scotland, Ireland, Belgium, and Canada. Michael has worked at the Wine and Cheese Show and the Gourmet Food and Wine Expo , both in Toronto. He offers a number of services.
