Confessions of a Shopaholic Runner. Monday, June 16, 2014. Happy 1st Birthday to Our House. Birthday to Our House. We officially closed on our house on June 11, 2013. Our first year in our home has gone by quickly with no major damage. We did have one small bleach cleaner incident on our dark wood floors, but we fully recovered. What better way to celebrate your home’s first birthday than with a cookie cake? New life lesson learned: cast iron skillets rust and ruin in the dishwasher. Sunday, June 15, 2014.

Confessions of a Shopaholic Runner. Saturday, August 22, 2015. 31 WEEKS - Groundhog Day. Another week has been marked off of our calendar. Today we are 31 weeks! Chad has been marking through each day on his calendar. I was keeping up with all our appointments, but lately my planner has stayed in my hospital bag so I can keep track of the boys’ progress as soon as they get here. Confessions of a Shopaholic Runner. Wednesday, July 10, 2013. West Elm Mirror and Banana Pudding. I am so very thankful to have a crafty husband. I absolutely LOVE West Elm’s Parson Floor Length Mirror. But right now I have way too many “want list items” for the new house to justify spending $399 on a mirror. I can’t say I was much help at all with this project. I think the mirror turned out perfect and we spent under $75 on all the supplies to make it! Monday, July 1, 2013. Our home is complete! I’...

Confessions of a Shopaholic Runner. Tuesday, April 23, 2013. The week before the wedding, Chad and I both worked every day except Friday. We got all of his stuff moved into the apartment so we would not have to do that after the honeymoon. It was not fun, but we knew it would be so nice to return to Birmingham completely moved! We headed back home to get dressed for the rehearsal at the church. Here I am with my dad, mom and Millie before the rehearsal. At the rehearsal with my BEAUTIFUL BRIDESMAIDS.

Confessions of a Shopaholic Runner. Thursday, January 9, 2014. I have not posted in a really long time but I really wanted to post pictures from our first Christmas as The Graves Family. We had a great time decorating our house for our first Married, Merry Christmas! Two of my favorite new ornaments for our tree were two newlywed ornaments we received. One was from Chad’s Aunt Sharon with penguins. The other was a clear glass ball with shreds from our Wedding Program. I still LOVE our stone fireplace....

Confessions of a Shopaholic Runner: 29 WEEKS TOMORROW!
http://confessionsofashopaholicrunner.blogspot.com/2015/08/29-weeks-tomorrow.html
Confessions of a Shopaholic Runner. Friday, August 7, 2015. I used to wonder, how could anyone get postpartum depression? On days when we go to the doctor, we eat Mexican to celebrate. It looks like we will have Mexican again tonight and return to the doctor on Monday. People have still continued to amaze me with their kindness. The top picture on the post was sent to me from a premie mom and when I got to work on Tuesday I had this devotional on my desk. Tomorrow = 29 WEEKS! View my complete profile.

http://confessionsofashopaholicrunner.blogspot.com/2015/08/30-weeks.html
Confessions of a Shopaholic Runner. Saturday, August 15, 2015. I am officially 30 WEEKS PREGNANT! After our 25 ½ week appointment we never dreamed we would be here. That was the appointment where the doctor told us the reason Baby B wasn’t growing on schedule was because of his placenta. We realized he also had little blood flow and we would have to deliver as soon as his blood flow dropped any lower. My first question was, “Do you think we could make it to 30 weeks? I can’t wait. I love my gro...My mate...

Confessions of a Shopaholic Runner. Monday, July 27, 2015. STILL COOKING - 27 Weeks, 2 Days. We have now made it to 27 weeks, 2 days and we are still STILL COOKING these little guys! Being around everyone helped take my mind off of things for a little while. We went back to the doctor today and Baby B’s blood flow is the same as it was last week which means at least four more days of baby kicks in my belly! It’s such a relief when the doctor comes in and says he will see us on Friday! On Wednesday we go ...
