As was recently pointed out to me, I haven’t posted since May 26th, two days after this term began. That is a very good indicator of just how crazy this term has been – good! The drive from Canada to Cottage Grove was rushed to say the least. The doctor said, If you want to see your dad alive again, you need to come now. The words rolled through my head off and on for most of the 9 hour drive. I pulled over twice just to weep. How could this happen? How do you prepare for this?

Quinoa (pronounced Keen Wah) seems to be a relatively unknown grain but it's just delicious and so easy to cook and it is SOOO good for you! Do a google search for "quinoa nutrition" and you'll learn heaps of great things about it! But here, I'll just share the recipe:. 1 cup uncooked quinoa. Some quartered cherry or grape tomatoes. Some zucchini diced up. 2 tbsp olive oil.

I've been traveling since June 23, and every moment, every place has been perfectly perfect. Where have I been? From Korea I flew to Melbourne, Australia. I posted a blog about that. Then I flew to Sydney. I posted a blog about that as well. Then I flew to Brisbane. I spent 2 weeks in Cairns. Then I returned to Sydney.
