Beyond the Curls...: September 2013

http://beyondthecurls.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html

A blog about food, feelings, humor, books, music, travel, and anything else that seems to be on my mind. and apparently hair. Saturday, September 7, 2013. Well, it's difficult to imagine for me. More than halfway through nourishing this little sweet pea inside me. He/She is already so very cute, according to a very biased opinion of ultrasound pictures. We are starting week 23 which means I am in the end of my second trimester. Already! And those ten minutes were completely worth being late to work.

A blog about food, feelings, humor, books, music, travel, and anything else that seems to be on my mind. and apparently hair. Thursday, March 6, 2014. I promised a pic so here it is! In a newborn Disana's wool pull on cover with a size small Green Mountain Diaper workhorse underneath. And an Ewok hat! Oh and update: In case anyone is wondering, that is. We are pain free! And my immunity (thanks breastmilk antibodies! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sometimes I get a great shot…Sometimes I don't.

A blog about food, feelings, humor, books, music, travel, and anything else that seems to be on my mind. and apparently hair. Friday, August 1, 2014. Shyam at 4 months old! Gosh, where do I start. Well, first of all, we had a huge breakthrough. Shy no longer hates baths! And you will never guess what turned the tables. The pool! Shy's eating solids now! And I haven't given up my cloth diapers either. You know how much I love my cloth. And surprisingly, poop isn't really that bad. But, mostly, he's just g...

http://beyondthecurls.blogspot.com/2014/02/okay-i-am-sold.html

A blog about food, feelings, humor, books, music, travel, and anything else that seems to be on my mind. and apparently hair. Thursday, February 27, 2014. Okay, I am sold. Dunking diapers in a toilet? Bleh But I have turned that corner and now find myself Googling "natural fiber cloth diapers" instead of buying a new book (which I miss doing). It's like mama-crack. Anyway, I digress. Don't worry. I'll post another picture. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Keira in the Desert. Clint in the Desert.

A blog about food, feelings, humor, books, music, travel, and anything else that seems to be on my mind. and apparently hair. Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Shy's changing and I find myself trying to keep up with his likes and dislikes. His sleeping habits. And whether "those" milestones have been met. The magic other parents say happens at "exactly three months" has yet to grace my living room, but alas, I do still have patience…. I keep dreaming of all the wonderful things we'll do - museums, walks, runs, ...

Life, Family, Fashion, Beauty, And Of Course… Curls. So, I know I have been. Ok, a lot MIA (sorry about that) the story is, being a mama of three is keeping me a tad bit busy at the moment and I just don’t have the time to blog as much as I would like at the moment, but hopefully in the not so far future I will have more time to devote to this. I still plan on posting as much as I can! Now, on to the important stuff…. I am SO excited to finally share that my Photography business is officially launched!

On my Shakespeare course in England I visited Stonehenge. With some classmates. Our guide, a self-described " Neo-Druid.
