Tuesday, February 28, 2006. Elk Reserve in Jackson Hole Wy. I was riding around in the elk reserve when I came upon this road. Dirt, one lane up a high hill. I think it was used mainly by the game patrol and a few hikers and campers. So the goats felt very safe. Tuesday, October 31, 2006. Shirts for your Birthday. The other day Eric was home and got his ticket messed up and had to leave before he could get Noah's birthday present. Sunday, August 27, 2006. Cass High School class of 56. Reunion time 50 years. A good time to see how things change and how a class survives. Even a couple of our teachers were there. The one who taught us the We the People speech and believe it or not half or more of the class still remembered it and recited it back to him with laughter as they recalled having to stand in front of his desk while He ate his lunch and recite it. Tuesday, July 25, 2006. The past weekend I got in my car and road up in the Macedonia area of Lake Allatoona. In the back roads I saw wild turkeys. A mother and 4 small ones. The only turkey I saw back in the old times was a wing hanging on an Indian decendants wall that my Dad took me to visit. This man lived close to nature. He grew his own tobacco and I still remember what they called the twists of tobacco leaf. He replied "They are more scared of you than you are of them.". Links to this post. Jonesy...

Saturday, April 29, 2006. The Blue Angels were in Marietta today and a friend and I went to see them. Very scary at times and beautiful always, to see the flying of America's finest.
