Sydney and the world. A weekend in Newnes. May 2015. It’s getting cold in Sydney, winter is approaching. And it’s even colder in the Blue Mountains – it can get to below zero at night, which isn’t really what most people have in mind when they think of Australia. The campground is a large grassy area surrounded by mountains and forest, and to say it’s pretty is not doing the place justice. Admittedly, we were very lucky with the weather and had nothing but sunshine though…. The campground in the morning.
