Ingredients (makes 4-6 portions, depending on serving size). 200g lardons (diced thick bacon). 200g stewing beef (diced). 3 cups diced celery. 15 cups diced onion. 15 cups diced carrots. 1/2 cup port wine.

I then got the plates made up and fitted them, and that's it. Also had a short drive in it tonight. Seems to be a great little car to drive.
