Wednesday, April 30, 2014. April 30th, 2004. I was enjoying a pizza dinner with R at Luigi's Pizzeria. It was a Friday evening, one more day to go until I was on maternity leave. I had officially begun leave from the bakery, since I only worked there on Sundays, but I still had to work at the library on Saturday, then I was off for a good 6 weeks, though I planned to only take off 4. But it’s too hot in the house to use the oven. instead, I rummaged through the cabinets and came up with my own version of cheeseburger macaroni. 145oz can diced tomatoes. 16oz jar cheese sauce. The best part is that you can use whatever veggies and seasonings you want. I only used about a forth of a cup of onions and half of a bell pepper but you can use more, less, or something completely different!
