Ms. Redlips Observes:: Wish My Life was in Black and White
http://missmarissanne.blogspot.com/2012/07/wish-my-life-was-in-black-and-white.html
Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Wish My Life was in Black and White. Observation #32: Old movies and photographs have a way of making everyone look happier and more attractive. If you know me, you know how much I love old movies. Well, my all time favorite (and when I say all time favorite I mean my favorite as of right now until I watch another one but it sure feels like an all time love so I won't be correcting myself) old movie would have to be Roman Holiday. Oh baby, oh baby. Tales of a jUnkaholic.

Thursday, February 23, 2012. Food vs. Music. Observation #24: I would not be able to carry on without music. Moral of this rant: I went to another concert last week. I know, my blog has turned into the section in the newspaper with all the bad reviews, but this will be my last post about music for a while. Back to the concert. It was the mutemath. Concert on Valentines Day. Just watch this quick music video and then you can get on with your lives:. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Tales of a jUnkaholic.

Ms. Redlips Observes:: July 2011
http://missmarissanne.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 11, 2011. Steven Dunn is so funn, he'll be my hunn. We won't need a gunn, because I'll wear a bunn, but I won't be a nunn. Yes I am dunn. Observation #18: We are so afraid of rejection that we are willing to succumb to lies as an alternative. Whispers collect there, the bad news. From our subconscious,. Tears that have dripped down. The inside of faces,. Apologies that have gotten lost. In all of our throats. So much has been held in,. So much has seeped through. The soles of our shoes,.

Ms. Redlips Observes:: "But Friday I'm in Love"
http://missmarissanne.blogspot.com/2012/06/but-friday-im-in-love.html
Tuesday, June 12, 2012. But Friday I'm in Love". Observation #29: A different scene can be seen with a new kind of sheen. This has been the theme of my life for the past couple of weeks. As if its not bright enough. phew its hot. Anyways, this is how I also feel about a new found music obsession: Kimbra. I heard her about a year ago and thought she was cliche and unoriginal, but I gave her another chance and now I am the chick throwing my bra on stage at her concert. Can I hear an AMEN! Marissa Stoker is...

Ms. Redlips Observes:: October 2011
http://missmarissanne.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Conference uplifts in more ways than spiritually. Observation #21: My life is better than yours. Guys, or girls probably, I met my soul mate. Oh and remember how I said I would include Europe in my next post? Well I don't feel like writing out every detail since I've already done that in my journal and put up every picture on The Book. Instead I want to explain why Europe is better than America. In summary: the people, the economy, the environment, the style, and the people.

Ms. Redlips Observes:: Stokage
http://missmarissanne.blogspot.com/2012/06/stokage.html
Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Observation #30: Every single good book I have read has/will be turned a movie. Seriously. If I were an author of novels, I would just write a screen play along with my book so I could get it all over with at one time. Anyways, one of my favorite books that I actually read about 3 years ago is finally being turned into a movie. AND I AM STOKED! And considering I am a Stoker, my stokage can become pretty extreme. (insert pity laugh here). The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

I know that right now I may seem like that friend who ignored you for two years and then decided they want to be friends again. Well that is exactly who I am right now. I know it hasn't been as long as two years but it sure feels like it. WILL YOU BE MY FRIEND AGAIN? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Tales of a jUnkaholic. Happy late Christmas to someone!

Tanya's Tales: Unstructured Art
http://toddlerhoodtales.blogspot.com/2009/07/unstructured-art.html
Trying to find the balance between working, being a mom, being a girlfriend and being myself. Monday, July 6, 2009. Structured arts and crafts are always fun and cute but sometimes its nice to just give your mini Picasso some paper, paint and a brush and see what happens. Experiment with different 'brushes'. Use sponges, clothes, cotton balls, q-tips, etc. Let your child explore and see what happens when they mix colors. These painting also make perfect art for grandparent's refrigerators! Tanya's Tales: Free Art Friday
http://toddlerhoodtales.blogspot.com/2009/12/free-art-friday.html
Trying to find the balance between working, being a mom, being a girlfriend and being myself. Friday, December 4, 2009. I love letting Jacq explore different mediums and just be creative. This time I brought out my pastels. And she LOVED them. We used heavy art paper so the pastels would adhere better. One set of pastels. Aren't they beautiful? First she made a few sketches. Then she used her fingers to explore what it would look like being smudged. Then she used brushes to smudge. Life As A Wilson.

Trying to find the balance between working, being a mom, being a girlfriend and being myself. Friday, August 27, 2010. Jacq LOVES to use her scissors. Here is proof. She got these great books made by Kumon. They are great for practicing cutting and pasting. A very easy, yet effective teaching tool. Wednesday, August 25, 2010. I love italian food. Pasta, basil, cheeses. What's not to love? I made this over the weekend for a BBQ and it was very tasty! Pasta, one package (fusilli, penne or rotini). Cut out ...
