The 7 Arte library. How and where to mail us. Send your literature to. Be sure to include your name and return address. We know that sending small packages to Kosovo isn't cheap, so send it as inexpensively as possible: no need for airmail. Read our post on U.S. postal rates for information on shipping from the states. It'll take awhile to arrive, but it will be here in plenty of time for our opening.
