I make an entire blender batch and I am lucky if I get a cup. My children slurp it down. The above picture shows how much was left for me today. If I have some leftover, I just put it in the fridge for later. Here is my new go to smoothie! 1 can organic chopped pineapple with juice. 1/4 cup or so of wheatgrass. 5 leaves or so of mint.
