Tuesday, May 29, 2012. This too shall pass. It didn't matter, some kid on the winning team yelled "you suck! And that's all he could think about. Mason wouldn't look up at me no matter how much I told him how great he did. They're competitors and this loss hurt. This too shall pass. This kid has vision! Although we all enthusiastically signed up for Isaac's book club it wasn't until 9:30 that we sat down for dinner. Book club would have to be postponed. Maybe we could come watch a ball game?

Thursday, April 24, 2008. We recently got Lewis a water table. He absolutely loves it! He'll go outside on the patio and play with it for half an hour or so, (which is a long time for an 18 month old). I felt bad since we don't have a backyard for him to play in and I figured if he had something fun to do on the patio maybe he wouldn't be so bored in our little apartment. Posted by Rutter Family. Sadly, his assessment is painfully accurate, I FEEL like I've been attacked by a thousand wolverines. Friday, August 26, 2011. Trust Me, I Know My Parents. It's happening, my boys are growing up. This was their back to school picture this year and I swear they didn't look this grown up when I was taking the picture, they almost look like teenagers. Frightening. It's all about the friends now, and Mom and Dad are an inconvenience beyond shelling out money for activities. So I'm hanging on as much as I can. darn it. Isaac isn't far behind. This boy is not afraid to tell it like it is. I laughed, hard.
