Sunday, November 30, 2014. Garhett and I decided to brave the crowds and took Abby to Chicago to visit Sally and Nate for Thanksgiving and to have her meet her cousins Lillian and Clarissa. Garhett and I met in our neighborhood Single's Ward at the end of Summer 2011. We saw each other at various ward activities and at church. We spoke a few times and Garhett had gotten my number but nothing really came of it. Every time I saw him though, I had the distinct thought that I needed to get to know him better. We were sealed on October 10, 2012 in the Salt Lake Temple. We have loved every minute of our new adventure together and can't wait to see what adventures will come in the future. Awesome ...

Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Memorial Day Family Staycation! This year we were able to do a little retreat. My sister Marybeth and her family came in town from Texas and since Sally and Nate are now closer (Idaho instead of Illinois) they were able to come also.
