These are the Things I Want to Remember. Wednesday, June 11, 2014. DIY: 4th of July Wreath. First thing I always do is look to Pinterest for inspiration. I loved these fun wreaths:. After looking around, I decided to take direction from all of these, but make them a little more my style. So first I hit up Hobby Lobby for the supplies. I always buy extra with the intention of returning things. In the past I didn't, and I ran out of a certain kind of flowers and they were out at Hobby Lobby. Simple templat...

Life WAY Outside the Windy City: October 2014
http://jklmrouse.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Life WAY Outside the Windy City. Tuesday, October 21, 2014. I know I may be biased.but my little Ike is pretty darn cute! In the same day we can hear from one stranger that he is going to have beautiful brown eyes and the next stranger will comment on his big blue eyes. My vote is blue. Either way, I am smitten with him. I requested more time off work and was granted until November 3rd. Big sigh of relief, he will be 2 days shy of 3 months old when I return. Sunday, October 19, 2014. The kids were enthra...

http://bartlettfamilypage.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 5, 2013. More Oklahoma Family Fun- memorial, Charlotte's Web. 9/5- My Mom and her siblings did something really cool for Grandpa Montgomery this past year. They put something at a Veterans' Memorial in each state that his kids live in. Grandpa's Iowa memorial is here in town and while he was here we took him to see it for the first time. Boaz, Cainan, Aunt Katie, and Brenna led the hunt trying to find his name in the brick sidewalk. Grandpa Montgomery sees his brick. We made pig masks.

Saturday, January 14, 2012. A Boy and a Box. Last week we ordered a vacuum off amazon and it came in a big cardboard box. Denver really wanted to play with it - so we cut out a door, put on a door knob, made a kitty door (post to come about our kitties), cut a few windows, and wa-la! Fun for the day! Here are a few pictures! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Welcome to our family blog! View my complete profile. Just for a Smile. A Boy and a Box. Back in the Saddle. Christmas #3, #4, and #5.

The Nelson Family: TIMBERRRR
http://nelsonfamilynest.blogspot.com/2012/01/timberrrr.html
Tuesday, January 17, 2012. Last week we were driving home from Wellman and had to stop at my parents to get something. We came at just the right time because they just happened to be chainsawing down a 100-year-old pine tree that had gotten struck by lightning a few years ago and was dead. Denver was enthralled! What a fun experience for a very outdoorsy and explorative little boy! Standing by the trunk after the first notch was cut out. Ready to pull it down with the big cable. View my complete profile.
