Saturday, May 15, 2010. As promised Recipe Sunday! And to kick off Recipe Sunday. The most amazingly delicious Raspberry Cake. 1/3 cup plain flour. 2/3 cup almond meal. 1 cup of icing sugar. 90g of butter melted. 3 egg whites lightly beaten. 1 tsp of vanilla extract. 1 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (160 for fan forced). Combine flour, almond meal, icing sugar, butter, egg whites and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Links to this post. Hmmm haven't posted in ages.

Thursday, January 21, 2010. Will someone please take these lactation cookies off me. I have been struggling, the last few weeks, with a distracted 6month old, who whenever is breastfeeding, would rather pull off and watch his big brother or other various things in the room.
