Pour le sol, nous avons créé dans le potager des buttes riches en nutriments (fumier bio, vegétaux verts et broyat) et mis en place des plantations complémentaires entre elles. Pour la forêt, nous avons planté plus de 350 arbres essentiellement des fruitiers adaptés à notre climat : oliviers, amandiers, muriers et figuiers. 2 PRENDRE SOIN DE L'HUMAIN.

A LA GRANGE DE BOUYS. Nous avons hérité d'une centaine d'Oliviers. L'ancienne oliveraie couvrait toute une terrasse derriére la maison principale et nous la restructurons au fil des ans, certains oliviers ont encore les marques du terrible hiver 1956. Cette année là, la plupart d'entre eux ont gelé et sont repartis de la souche par la suite. Des jeunes plans sont replantés depuis 3 ans.
