Sugar and Spice: September 2009

Tuesday, September 15, 2009. Love by the Bay: The Icing on the Day. Our reception felt like a Whirlwind. I can say I enjoyed every moment, but the moments went by WAY too fast. I also so wish I could show you pictures of the food- but no can do. I will say that it was amazing and our Friends are still talking about it. Before, I dive into the reception, let's put some music to the party to set the mood:. After the food, we got a chance to visit each of the tables:. We showed off Mr. Peep's new bling:.

Sugar and Spice: Love by the Bay: The End of a Journey
http://sugarspicewedding.blogspot.com/2010/01/love-by-bay-end-of-journey.html
Monday, January 25, 2010. Love by the Bay: The End of a Journey. What to say, what to say. I've been on this wedding blogging journey for well over a year now. My goal was to finish this adventure in a year, but alas, my heart wouldn't let me finish my recaps. So I set my goal to finish by Feb 2010. I've been married for almost eight months and I've shared my ups, my downs and a lot of the in between with the Hive. I've loved it. Each. And. Every. Second. I've left one part to the end, but here we are.

Tuesday, January 26, 2010. I am moving on. My entire wedding adventure has been shared. We made it through the rabbit hole and came out smiling, and more in love then ever. I wish you luck on your journey, and please continue to follow my adventures here. Love and kisses, Sugar (aka Mrs. Peep Toe). Tuesday, January 26, 2010. Monday, January 25, 2010. Love by the Bay: The End of a Journey. What to say, what to say. But I kinda, sort of, maybe lied to you. I didn't blog about our entire wedding day. And fo...

Sugar and Spice: October 2009

Saturday, October 24, 2009. Inspiration vs. Reality. I've probably read thousands of posts on Weddingbee, but one post that always stood out to me was Mrs. Flamingo's post-wedding post on her inspiration vs. reality. I think one of the very best things you can do as a Bride is choose a color scheme and a feel for your wedding, and then stick to it! I really think sticking to my guns made the whole wedding decision making process easier. BUT did I do it? Did I follow my own inspiration board? I have no pi...

Sugar and Spice: November 2009
http://sugarspicewedding.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 6, 2009. Yo, the Peep's Budget Breakdown and Vendor Review. I was never planning on doing this post. It seemed less evasive to show you a picture of Mr. Peep in bed the day after our wedding than showing you the nitty-gritty details of our budget. That said, here is a rough estimate of all the gory details. Budget: Originally I wanted to keep it under 20,000, but then we got an unexpected boost from our in-laws. So overall goal: $25,000. Reception: $9,692, which included:. Miette: A ....

Sugar and Spice: July 2009

Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Bagged, Borrowed, and Stolen. A few weeks before the wedding, Mama Peep told me an entire story about her unsuccessful adventure to find the perfect bracelet for her wedding day outfit. I listened attentively and realized that the bracelet she was describing was exactly the same bracelet that my ridiculously talented friendor. Had made me for the wedding. It was a clear and brown crystal bracelet that dangled just so. I also told Mama Peep that I was afraid that my yellow earrings.
