Welke restaurants bieden glutenvrije opties, waar is het eten lekker en wat vinden anderen ervan? Vooral in landen waar je de taal niet spreekt kan het erg eng zijn om ergens uit eten te gaan. My name is Annelieke en I have studied Nutrition and Health and am specialized in the relation between nutrition and the gut (immune system and microbiota). I have had diabetes since 2002 and since 2013 I have also found out I need to eat gluten free. Unfortunately I could not find a lot of information about the combination of the two so I have decided to set-up my own blog. My hobbies are baking, which of course is mainly glutenfree. And to compensate for all those calories I go running.
