What I Think: April 2013
http://dotcombs.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 5, 2013. Links to this post. Tuesday, April 2, 2013. We had a lovely dinner with the family. I had bought lilies last week. The trick to buying them is to pick ones that are not open yet. By Sunday they were starting to bloom and looking really pretty. So yesterday I got my camera and took a few photos. Tuesday, August 12, 2014. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Lakeside, California, United States. I like taking photographs. My first camera was a Kodak plastic box camera. My latest camera is an Olympus E-3. In between my favorite camera was a Minolta XG-M. Also raised my granddaughter. She was 18 months and now she is 20. Time zoomed by. I wouldn't change any of it. Runfola Photography: December 2009
http://blog.runfola-photography.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 18, 2009. The Best of 2009. As 2009 comes to a close, I'd like to share a small selection of my favorite photographs that I've taken this past year. Some of these photos made it either to my. Or this blog, while others did not. Many of those that did not make it to my website were either not "artistic" enough or I just didn't feel like sharing them. Either way, they still hold a special place in my heart, which is why I'm sharing them now in this slideshow. Links to this post. San Diego,...

Thursday, August 26, 2010. My First Post from my iPhone! For those who are curious about the app I'm using to blog, it's called BlogBooster. And is available in the iTunes app store absolutely FREE. Well, now that we have the words out of the way, let's see if I'm able to insert a picture into my post. The first picture I'm posting is of the red sky at sunset behind some palm trees taken from the pool. After about eleven attempts to upload the sunset picture, I finally succeeded! Runfola Photography: July 2010
http://blog.runfola-photography.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 20, 2010. The weather has been really unusual the past couple of weeks - definitely not typical summer weather for San Diego. Two weeks ago, the weather was cool and cloudy on a daily basis with temperatures ranging between 65°F and 75°F. Last week it was extremely warm (hot? With temps reaching into the 90s - we had to turn on the air-conditioner in our home for the first time this year! Now, we're back into cooler temps again. Bizarre. Links to this post. What I Think: June 2013
http://dotcombs.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 29, 2013. My husband and I met when my husband came down to see his sister after Uncle Tiny was killed. She was Uncle Tiny's wife, Penny. It took over a year for Penny to loose everything and after we had our first child we took Uncle Tiny's youngest son to raise. Later we adopted him. The older boys went up to my Aunt Grace and her husband in Washington state. Lots of years have gone by since then. It was nice to see his marker and to take the photo but sad too. Links to this post.
