Welkom op de website van bontebrug. Bontebrug is een buurtschap in de achterhoek dat hoort bij Silvolde, gemeente oude ijsselstreek. Bontebrug heeft ongeveer 180 inwoners en ligt aan de oostkant van de Oude IJssel, aan de overzijde ligt Ulft. Vroeger hoorde Bontebrug bij de gemeente Wisch, tegenwoordig bij de gemeente Oude IJsselstreek. Overigens heeft bontebrug tussendoor ook een tijdje nieuwdorp geheten. Dit was rond 1967. Dit gaf verwarring en is weer terug veranderd naar Bontebrug.
