Nielsen Family: Vancouver B.C.
http://ejnielsen.blogspot.com/2014/10/vancouver-bc.html
Thursday, September 25, 2014. The location of the hotel was perfect! Hunger drove us to find a place to eat and get some much craved for Chinese food. We found Jade Dynasty that served dim sum and pigged out! It was so good! Vancouver has the second largest Chinatown in North America, second to San Francisco. We really enjoyed some great food and not having to deal with kids as we ate. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we went back two more times during our stay! We caught a free bus across from our hote...

http://ejnielsen.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 31, 2014. What happened to July? We spent almost the whole month of July going to swimming lessons. The boys did 2 sessions back to back. They learned so much and had a great time. Rebecca helped herself to Eric's sandwich one day. It was cute. So was her first time in a swing. They're all growing up too fast! Oh and I had another birthday. No fuss. No fanfare. Simple day at home. with caramel brownies! Friday, July 18, 2014. Here you go Mom. Some videos for you to enjoy. What did you say?

Nielsen Family: September 2013
http://ejnielsen.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 25, 2013. A house full of love. We are so grateful for everyone taking the time to come celebrate the day with us. Emma was the first relative other than parents to see Rebecca. She was so happy to have another girl cousin. Our newest family picture. Sunday, September 15, 2013. All dressed up for our first Sunday at church. Rebecca wasn't happy that I was delaying her feeding for pictures. I think Samuel is going to be our official hairbow tester. :). Tuesday, September 10, 2013.

Nielsen Family: January 2014
http://ejnielsen.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 31, 2014. Learnin' and growing this New Year. Remember when I did this to Samuel and introduced him to snow? Well while I was visiting my mom I did the same to Rebecca. Same location, same reaction, still priceless. Matthew even came up with a short story! Samuel did very well at naming each sticker and telling me its color. They did another page and the stories and sticker illustrations got even better! She's growing so fast! All dressed up in our Chinese outfits. Monday, January 6, 2014.

Sunday, February 16, 2014. Rebecca likes toes. She loves to suck on them. She's not opposed to reaching for other peoples toes and putting them in her mouth either! Rebecca's fake cry. The best expressions are at 35 and 40 secs. Friday, February 14, 2014. The end result was super cute and the boys are still playing with them. Mom this was the best activity ever! William. Even bad days can be fun days. Our latest craft was making Valentines. The boys made these and they turned out super cute. As I began t...

Nielsen Family: Second tooth
http://ejnielsen.blogspot.com/2014/10/second-tooth.html
Friday, October 10, 2014. We have a tradition that happened by accident. Long ago William had a loose tooth, his second one. He was being a wimp about it so Eric asked if Matthew could pull it out. William said "Sure. He's not that strong." Well Matthew came right up, reached in and yanked that tooth out! So when Matthew's second tooth was loose it was Samuel's turn. Matthew insisted that we use floss to get it out so Eric tied it on and Samuel pulled. Fast and easy. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Nielsen Family: December 2013
http://ejnielsen.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 10, 2013. December photo dump pre Christmas. I remember playing Ten and a Half when I was a kid using Mahjong tiles. I taught William how to play a while ago and he recently started asking to play again. It's fun to play games that I grew up with and it helps his math skills. Samuel just tried to find matching tiles. Matthew took this picture. Being the youngest baby in the ward, Rebecca got the main part in our ward Christmas party, aka baby Jesus. She was so good! Picture of the Month.
