Suggested earlier this week that I was becoming a hard core runner. She had tongue in cheek (she runs 100 miles a week, I count a good week as 20), and I didn't feel very hard core based on her assessment. I hit a major milestone. It's not that I ran 7 miles. I'd done that before. I think that qualifies as Hard Core.
