Past Grant: Human T cell Development (2007-2013). Dr Juan Carlos Zúñiga-Pflücker. Rebuilding the Human Immune System (2014-2016). This transformative research led to a cell line and protocol to generate T cells that are being used by hundreds of labs around the world. Since then, the Krembil Foundation has had a long-standing commitment to the overarching goal of Dr. Zuniga-Pflucker’s research which is to understand the basic development of T cells, generate human T cells from stem cells.
